Author Biography

Kok-Leong Ong, La Trobe University

Kok-Leong is current an Associate Professor in Business Analytics at La Trobe University. Before joining La Trobe University in 2015, he was a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Information Systems & Business Analytics, Deakin Business School, Deakin University. He recieved his PhD and B.A.Sc (Hons) from the Nayang Technological University, Singapore in 1999 and 2004 respectively. Kok-Leong’s research interests lie in data mining and analytics, machine learning and decision support systems. He has published over 40 peer-reviewed conference and journal papers, and book chapters.
